1. General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms & Conditions (GTC) apply to orders placed on the website's online store Transistor Paris, available at (hereinafter the "Website") via the website:
In these Terms, the words such as "we”/"our" refer to Transistor Paris [(174, rue du Temple – 75003 Paris, France) and references such as "you"/"your" refer to you as a user of the Website.
Please read the Terms carefully before placing your order on the Website. Access to certain parts of the website and orders placed on the latter are subject to the application of these Terms. We strongly advise you to make a copy of these Terms for future reference.
2. The Sales Contract
Your order constitutes acceptance of our offer and acceptance of such products, prices, delivery times and payment methods available. Therefore, when you confirm your order, you agree to be bound by the contract of sale.
We are committed to delivering the orders we receive in the limit of available stocks. If the product you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you and we will cancel your order for the product. In the event that only some of the products ordered are no longer available, we will process the order for the products available and we will notify you by e-mail for the unavailability of other products. Where applicable, the amount corresponding to product(s) not available will be refunded.
The photographs and texts illustrating the products are not part of the contract. The images of the products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. We try to produce many images as close as possible to our products. Yet, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the products.
Acceptance of your order is subject to payment approval.
If your payment is not validated or if it is proved to be fraudulent, or in case of reasonable suspicion of fraud, your order will not be accepted and will automatically be canceled.
If you do not comply with the provisions of these Terms, and in particular with Article 8, which requires that the delivered goods are returned in their original condition, Transistor Paris reserves the right to refuse future orders.
Online purchases are supplied for your domestic and private use only. You agree that you will not use them for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes.
3. The Order
Products may be ordered by clicking on the items you wish to purchase and then following the prompts that appear on screen. You may check and correct any input errors in your order until you submit it to us by clicking on “Place order”.
After placing an order, you will automatically receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving you an order reference number. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer for us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We are not obliged to accept your order and may, at our discretion, decline to accept any order. You do, however, acknowledge that by clicking on the “Place order” button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the product(s).
If we accept your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation e mail. The contract between you and Transistor Paris will be binding once this shipment confirmation e mail has been sent. We will then be obligated to to provide you with the products in accordance to the contract.
4. Price and Payment
Prices are in Euros. Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added depending on order total amount as well as delivery address.
If you order product(s) for international delivery, they may be subject to import duties, VAT and local taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.
We accept payment with major credit cards as well as Paypal.
Transistor Paris reserves the right to change prices at any time. The products will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of registration of the order.
5. Secure Payment
To ensure the security of payments, Transistor Paris company uses a secure payment system. The banking data is encrypted (SSL security standard) and does not circulate visibly over the Internet.
6. Delivery Time and Cost
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing the order.
If your address is geographically remote, for example outlying islands or isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept the order. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.
If you order is for international delivery, it may be opened and inspected by customs authorities. Transistor Paris cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspections.
Transistor Paris will use its best efforts to ensure that the order is shipped within an average of three (3) to five (5) working days from the day following the validation of the order.
Our delivery charges are:
France and Europe:
For a total order below 200 euros, delivery charges are 10 euros for France and 15 euros for Europe. For orders above 200 euros, delivery is free of charge.
Rest of World:
Delivery charges are 30 euros
7. Risk and Ownership
The Product(s) ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Product(s) ordered will be your own upon delivery, provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the Product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returned Products must conform to our returns policy below.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them). This includes the following guidelines:
Products should be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags;
Products should be returned in the original packaging provided and inside a protective shipping box;
If you fail to comply with the above obligations (including the conditions of return), we may deduct from the refund an amount to reflect the diminished value of the product(s) up to the full price of the product(s).
From date of receipt, the buyer has a period of 14 days to return an item. After this period, the products will be deemed compliant and accepted by the buyer and Transistor Paris reserves the right to refuse return and refund.

In case of refund, we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned product(s).
We will refund the price of the product(s) in full (subject to any deduction we are entitled to make due to your use of or damage to the product(s)). However, we will not refund your cost of returning the product(s) to us, and you are responsible for those costs.
8. Protection of Personal Data
Personal information is required for processing, order fulfillment and invoicing. Collection of this information in the context of distance selling is required. This information is strictly confidential and is intended only for Transistor Paris.
According to the law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms, the processing of personal information collected on the site was the subject of a declaration the CNIL. The user has a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data. To exercise this right, the user must send a message to the following address:
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in any content of the Site (including text, graphics, software, photographs and other images, videos, sound, trade marks and logos) are owned by Transistor Paris, including any licensing agreements. Except as expressly set out here, nothing in these terms and conditions gives you any rights in respect to any intellectual property owned by us and you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading content from the Site. In the event that you print off, copy or store pages from the Site, you must ensure that any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property right notices contained in the original content are reproduced.
Whilst we try to make sure that all information contained on the site (other than any user-generated content) is correct, it is not intended to amount to authority or advice on which reliance should be placed. You should check with us or the relevant information source before acting on any such information.
We make or give no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, correctness, reliability, integrity, quality, fitness for purpose or originality of any content of the Site and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, conditions or other terms of any kind are hereby excluded and we accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of you or anyone else using the Site or relying on any of its content.
We cannot and do not guarantee that any content of the Site will be free from viruses and/or other code that may have contaminating or destructive elements. It is your responsibility to implement appropriate IT security safeguards (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements as to the safety and reliability of content.
In the event that any provision of this contract is null and void by a change in legislation, regulation or court decision, this does not affect the validity and enforcement of these terms and conditions of sale.
These conditions apply for the duration of the on-line services offered by Transistor Paris.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These general conditions of sale are subject to the French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree, before any legal action, to seek a friendly solution. Only French courts are competent. The court of competent jurisdiction in any dispute will be the domicile of the defendant or at the option of the defendant's place of actual delivery of the product.
